Frequently Asked Questions
Below are answers to various questions you may have. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us for any further questions you may have.
- What should I expect for my first visit with Dr. Clements?
Please arrive about 15 minutes early and the office staff will check you in and have you fill out some paperwork. We try to keep the paperwork to a minimum. One of the office staff or Dr. Clements will let you know when he is ready for you. Plan on the visit lasting for about an hour.
- Is Dr. Clements on my insurance plan?
Dr. Clements is not an in-network provider for private insurance companies. He will provide you with a Superbill with all charges noted, service codes, and diagnosis codes. You can turn this into your insurance company for your out-of-network reimbursement.
- How often will we meet?
That varies from person to person. You and Dr. Clements will discuss that at your first appointment.
- What if I have to cancel my counseling session?
Please call us and let us know as soon as possible. We reserve your time just for you. So the more notice that we have that you can’t come the better opportunity we have to refill that allotted time. We do charge for no-shows.
